Forrester has carved out a new category of leadership called \u201cexperience-driven businesses\u201d (EDBs): EDBs grow revenue 1.7 times faster and increase customer lifetime value 2.3 times more than other companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite the growing importance of digital experience, many enterprises fall short:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On average, there is a 17% gap between customer expectations and their satisfaction with their digital experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only half of employees are satisfied with their experiences with technology in the workplace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it\u2019s no wonder.
